Welder / Fitter

to join our Fabrication team, based at our shop in Guelph, ON. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value hard work, and are eager to build a rewarding career with a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the fabrication team to prepare items for site (e.g. handrails, guarding, platforms, stairs, racks, stainless steel pipe)

Assist with grinding, cutting, fitting and assembly to ensure components meet project specifications

Perform other welding and fabrication tasks as required

Qualifications:

Proficiency with SMAW, MIG and FCAW (active CWB tickets preferred)

Prior fitting experience is an asset

Comfortable and capable of working alone with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
