How You'll Make an Impact... As
HR Business Partner , you'll play a key role in advancing the organization’s people strategy and supporting leaders and employees across multiple sites:
Be a Strategic Partner to Leaders
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Help leaders navigate change, growth, and day-to-day people decisions with confidence.
Ensure HR initiatives align with organizational values, goals, and commitment to choice, belonging, and joy.
Support Strong Employee Relations&Culture
Lead and support employee and labour relations with care, fairness, and professionalism.
Guide workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes.
Champion an inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe workplace for all employees.
Attract, Develop&Grow Great Talent
Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and attract the right people to our client's organization.
Oversee onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Support learning, growth, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Ensure Smart, Compliant HR Practices
Maintain and evolve HR policies and practices in line with legislation, collective agreements, and best practices.
Support audits, licensing, and compliance processes with confidence and accuracy.
Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and strengthen workforce planning.
Enhance Compensation, Benefits&Employee Experience
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, pensions, and leave programs.
Partner with leaders to ensure fair, equitable, and consistent people practices.
Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellness, inclusion, and overall employee experience.
Make an Everyday Impact
Collaborate closely with the People&Culture team on both strategic projects and day-to-day HR needs.
Provide practical, people-first solutions that help teams do their best work.
Be a go-to resource employees trust and leaders rely on.
We're Excited to Have You Because You're the kind of HR pro who:
Loves rolling up your sleeves in
recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations .
Has
3–5 years of HR experience —bonus points if you've navigated unionized, non-profit, or healthcare environments.
Knows your way around
employment legislation, HR best practices, and HRIS systems .
Communicates with clarity, warmth, and professionalism, even in tricky situations.
Brings
high integrity , keeping sensitive matters confidential while still building trust.
Can
adapt to different sites and occasional extended hours
without missing a beat.
Has a
post-secondary degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
(CHRP/CHRL or working toward it is a plus).
