Member Experience Liaison - Retail and Services, Courtice

Create positive member interactions as a Member Experience Liaison. Work Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued during their visits.

In this essential role, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, managing member feedback, and assisting in the café and retail shop. Your proactive demeanor will help elevate service standards and support a vibrant club atmosphere, enhancing overall member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and resolve member inquiries and concerns • Provide exceptional service in all retail operations • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards • Keep updated on club programs, products, and services • Assist in member events and activities

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred • At least 1 year of customer service experience in relevant fields • Must hold a current CPR&First Aid certification• Strong multitasking capability and attention to detail • Willingness to work flexible hours on weekends
