General Labourer (Bowmanville)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging and labelling product, and operating single-operator equipment. Responsibilities: - Perform physical labor by packing, sorting, and labelling product - Operate and care for single-operator equipment and machines - Work as a team to complete orders and maintain efficiencies - Follow instructions (both verbal and written) from supervisors - Assist with setting up and cleaning manufacturing lines and surrounding areas - Help with other manufacturing tasks as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a laborer in a manufacturing or similar environment - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting objects, standing for long periods, and working in various temperatures - Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts (7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM) - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Reliable transportation (bussing is not reliable to this location) This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.
