Advanced Manufacturing Machine Operator, Courtice

Become an integral part of our manufacturing team as an Advanced Machine Operator. Flexible shifts are available, accommodating day, afternoon, and night schedules.

You'll report directly to a Supervisor and be responsible for efficiently operating your assigned machine, producing high-quality parts, and adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have a focus on quality output and a desire for advancement in a supportive production setting.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate machines and produce quality components • Handle loading and unloading of materials • Perform routine quality checks following production • Document results and provide feedback for improvements • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and PPE usage

Requirements:• Completion of high school or equivalent • Previous experience as a machine operator preferred • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality • Capability of lifting up to 40 lbs • Professional, respectful conduct in diverse teams
