In this role directly reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be at the helm of managing financial reporting, project forecasts, and strategic planning interactions. Ensuring accuracy in partner billing and cash-flow forecasts will be central to your responsibilities, while collaborating closely with project directors and the client, OPG. Your leadership will empower junior finance staff with skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver timely project financial reports to stakeholders • Monitor month-end financial processes and forecasting • Manage billings and address disputes effectively • Collaborate on financial claims and change-order information • Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience • 5 to 7 years of related finance experience, ideally in construction • Advanced knowledge of IFRS and reporting standards • Expertise in ERP systems and Excel; familiarity with SAP is an asset • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
