Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will leverage spray painting expertise while monitoring and adjusting production equipment. Key skills include reading gauges, prioritizing tasks, and effective communication with co-workers and supervisors to maintain smooth operations. This position emphasizes both independent work and teamwork in a production setting where quality standards are critical.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate conventional and air-assisted automated painting systems • Read hazard signs and product labels for safety • Monitor electrostatic drying gun gauges for accuracy • Collaborate with team members to solve production issues • Use computer-operated machinery for job time tracking

Requirements:• Completion of secondary school or equivalent • Continuous drive for learning on the job • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Willingness to participate in WHMIS training • Ability to operate cleaning products and machinery
