Compassionate Dental Assistant Needed, Courtice

Join our friendly dental clinic as a compassionate Dental Assistant dedicated to patient care. This role includes assisting in orthodontics and pediatrics while fostering a positive environment.

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who excels in communication and enjoys working with kids. Experience with CAD systems or Akituone is advantageous, but we offer training for candidates with a strong willingness to learn. Your primary focus will be providing excellent care while assisting in various dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist during general, orthodontics, and pediatric procedures • Prepare, sanitize, and maintain treatment rooms • Take and process dental radiographs • Manage patient charts using Akituone or similar systems • Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention

Requirements:• Dental Assisting certification or relevant experience • CAD or Akituone experience preferred • Strong communication skills with kids and families • Reliability and eagerness to learn new skills • Comfortable with community engagement activities
