Key Responsibilities:• Provide communications support for IT initiatives through varied content types • Assist in coordinating events like O-week activities and Spring IT Day • Process invoices and support timely financial documentation • Review expense claims and reconcile credit card statements• Create promotional print and digital materials for CCS services

Requirements:• 2-year diploma in Business Management or Communications • 1-year experience in communication or administrative roles • Strong skills in social media and event coordination • Familiarity with financial systems and BPS policies • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools for efficient workflow
