About the Company Our client is a well-established, mid‑sized manufacturing company is looking for a Skilled General Labourer to join their team in Guelph. This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team in a clean, modern facility.

Your Responsibilities

Quality control of parts received and shipped

Remove excess and unwanted materials from metal parts

Polish metal products and immerse them in a cleaning solution

Assist other departments as required

Sort metal sheets and parts

Our Offer

Competitive hourly rate: $20.00

Full‑time, permanent position

Monday to Friday, Day shift available

Weekly pay via direct deposit

Benefits package after 3 months

Our Requirements

Experience using a pneumatic nail gun and miter saw

Experience in a logistics environment

Experience with using Microsoft Office and Logistics planning software

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to multitask

Fabrication environment experience (an asset)

Ability to stand for extended periods
