As a Clinical Instructor for the PSW Program, you will support the implementation of clinical placements within the UGDSB Living Classroom. Your role involves managing student assignments, organizing learning opportunities, and leading post-conference discussions to enhance PSW skills. You'll respond to LTC staff inquiries and provide feedback on student performance, ensuring a successful clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate clinical learning at LTC placement settings • Organize PSW learning opportunities and demonstrations • Lead clinical post-conferences to enhance student learning • Address student concerns and support success • Submit clinical documentation and manage attendance

Requirements:• RN or RPN designation required • Minimum 2 years working in dynamic environments • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Brightspace LMS • Familiarity with SMART Goal setting
