Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker, based in Guelph, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients, processing insurance applications, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include advising on financial and retirement planning products, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
Qualifications 2 years
Experience in Insurance industry is Must
Knowledge of insurance and finance, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommend suitable products
Strong skills in customer service, with the ability to establish, maintain, and nurture client relationships
Experience in retirement planning and related financial services
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with relevant industry software and tools is an asset
RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license Must
Ability to work in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote responsibilities
