Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or Engineering • 2+ years in customer success or technical support • Excellent communication skills for non-technical users • Strong problem-solving abilities for real-time troubleshooting • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
