As a Junior Process Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a process or project engineer. Your responsibilities will include assisting in program documentation, participating in APQP/CFM teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also engage with manufacturing engineers to estimate cycle times and support teams in reducing scrap.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist project/process engineer with program elements • Participate in APQP/CFM teams and document activities • Contribute to continuous improvement based on internal and external feedback • Develop strategies for special tools procurement • Collaborate with engineers to estimate cycle times

Requirements:• College technical diploma or equivalent experience • Two years as a process or manufacturing technician • Knowledge of SPC methods and blueprint reading • Familiarity with APQP, CFM, and PPAP processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
