Medline Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Guelph Inventory Associate to ensure precise stock management through cycle counting and SAP utilization. Help drive inventory accuracy in a collaborative work environment.
As an Inventory Associate reporting to the National Inventory Manager, you will regularly conduct cycle counts, manage discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold inventory integrity. Your problem-solving skills will come into play as you perform root cause analysis and reconcile inventory records according to established policies.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies • Investigate inventory issues and develop corrective actions • Manage inventory transactions using SAP ERP • Ensure compliance with inventory control standards • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in inventory roles preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Comfort level operating material handling equipment • Strong communication and organizational skills
