We are currently seeking an

Order Picker/Fulfilment Specialist

who will play an important role on our manufacturing team where collaboration and innovation are a big part of our collective success. The main responsibilities include retrieving orders and preparing products for shipment, packaging products, monitoring shipping deadlines and administrative duties including preparing shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities Packaging products for shipping while adhering to standard instructions Prepare bills of lading for shipments Monitor daily shipping deadlines and manage workflow accordingly Administer order shipments in software program Retrieving and handling packaging supplies Complete shipping documentation neatly and accuratelyAdhere to all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Required Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1‑2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Proven experience in an order picking or fulfilment role an asset Thrives in a teamwork environment also works well with other teams Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentStrong attention to detail Experience working in a computerized environment (MS Office) Proven capability to learn new systems quickly Have initiative to be productive and self‑motivated Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills Capable of lifting boxes or materials up to 45 pounds when neededComfortable standing for long periods and working with ladders
