Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties

Assist customers (including automotive shops and/or insurance companies) in finding the right products, primarily by phone. Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.Qualifications

Understanding of cars and automotive parts is a necessity. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, automotive-specific an asset. Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Multi-lingual proficiency is an asset.Experience

Automotive: 3 years (preferred) Sales: 3 years (required) Job Details
