Production Manager– Ceva Animal Health
Mission : Lead and coordinate all activities of the value stream to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cost objectives while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
Full ownership of the end‑to‑end value stream process (MPS) and ensure flow. Lead tier 3 cross‑functional QA initiatives. Participate in site master plan design. Responsible for the full value stream P&L and the campus‑level validation budget. Set productivity targets and propose cost optimization (OPEX&CAPEX). Maintain collaboration with QA, Purchasing, QC/QA, and Supply Chain. Challenge practices and standards to become best in class. Develop and implement relevant KPIs and performance‑management tools. Safeguard compliance across quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage deviation backlog, prioritize deviation management, and ensure post‑audit commitments are fulfilled.Serve on the QA and safety committees. Ensure documentation availability and readiness for inspections. Build training roadmap with QA&HSE. Execute the deployment plan and implement CPS standards within the value stream. Identify improvement initiatives and allocate resources to achieve objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional improvement actions and provide support for implementation. Promote an operational excellence culture.Participate in CAPEX local committee and work with project managers on approvals. Define, deploy, and sponsor strategic site projects; prioritize projects. Support program/project managers with major issues and policy interpretation. Communicate and manage relationships at the executive level. Maintain a highly motivated and well‑functioning team, focusing on engagement and development.Communicate Ceva goals and priorities, fostering a culture of continual improvement and problem‑solving. Develop a vision of future organizational evolution, execute significant business initiatives. Define and control budgets according to the business plan, aiming for cost efficiency. Plan competency development, succession planning, and career management frameworks.Generate enthusiasm and mobilization through fair recognition and continuous feedback. Ensure right working conditions, resources, automation, and technology to support efficiency. Inspire and empower people to be influential; communicate transparently.
