Maintenance Manager

to join their team. This opportunity plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities within a dynamic production environment.

The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance activities with a strong emphasis on health, safety, and compliance. You will mentor a skilled maintenance team, maintain and enhance a preventive maintenance program, and collaborate closely with departments to uphold plant safety and product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and development for maintenance staff.

Oversee and maintain an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program that prioritizes equipment safety and operational reliability.

Conduct root cause analyses on equipment failures or incidents to minimize safety hazards and prevent recurrence.

Manage maintenance budgets, equipment inventories, and capital projects.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both safety performance and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints and schematics.

Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and team‑building skills emphasizing safety leadership and compliance.
