Part-Time Social Worker in Guelph, Courtice

Guelph General Hospital is seeking a part-time Social Worker to join an interdisciplinary team. This role provides essential mental health services and community resources linkage for patients and families.

As a part-time Social Worker, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, brief counseling, and discharge planning. Your efforts will support patients' needs and promote their well-being. This position requires collaboration with healthcare teams while abiding by the standards set by the Ontario College of Social Workers.
