Intermediate Accountant with Vaco, Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Intermediate Accountant with at least 3 years of full-cycle accounting expertise. You will play a critical role in quarterly and annual reporting, conduct account reconciliations, and support accounts payable and receivable processes. Your contributions will also enhance budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with financial reporting for a publicly listed organization • Perform account reconciliations and accrual reviews • Support accurate coding and reporting in AP/AR • Partner with operations on budgeting and tenant reporting • Contribute to audit processes and improve accountingprocedures

Requirements:• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience • CPA designation in progress required • Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables • Experience with large ERP systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills
