What You’ll Do

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to recommend the right insurance products and services for home, auto and financial service products.

Work closely with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals.

Present solutions to potential clients and help them make informed decisions about their insurance and financial needs.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience in outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills– verbal, written, and listening.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to multi-task and manage client interactions effectively.

Property&Casualty and LLQP license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (licensing tuition reimbursed).

Compensation

Base salary is $45,000 + commission + bonus

Potential earnings: $80,000–$130,000 (base + commission + bonus)
