Recreation Director– Team Leadership Role, Brampton

Lead our community’s recreational initiatives as a Recreation Director, focusing on program management and team leadership. This full-time role requires onsite work with a pay of $36.06 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced Recreation Director with 2 to 3 years in the field to develop, implement, and oversee recreational programs and services. You will work closely with a team of 5-10 individuals, manage budgets, and negotiate sponsorship contracts to enhance our offerings. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:• College/CEGEP education qualification • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience supervising a team of 5-10
