Machine Operator/Production (Brampton)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-2+ years of rapid-paced production experience, and is flexible to work day, afternoon or night shift. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, accuracy, and productivity are paramount. *Please note: All applicants are welcome; however, this role is not currently open to students or those looking for temporary roles* Monday-Friday Rotating - days, afternoon and night shifts Days 7am-3pm, Afternoon 3pm-11pm, Nights 11pm-7am $18.00/hour - $20.00/Hour Responsibilities - Operating and monitoring a fast-paced manufacturing line throughout an 8 hour shift - Conduct quality inspections to verify weld integrity and adherence to specifications - Making sure the machine is properly stocked with product - Keeping a clean work area, keeping busy when the machine is down Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 2+ years of production experience in a fast-paced work environment - Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week - Must be able to work all shifts and rotate days, afternoon and nights (no exceptions) - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs If you are qualified and interested, please apply directly to the ad for consideration.
