Duties - Lead the overall management of restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, staff supervision, and customer service excellence - Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered consistently - Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and helpers, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment - Manage inventory control and food stock levels to minimize waste while ensuring availability of ingredients for menu items - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities - Assist in menu planning by incorporating culinary trends, dietary requirements, and customer preferences - Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen area at all times Experience - Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food production and kitchen operations - Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment - Extensive culinary experience with fine dining or similar upscale dining settings preferred - Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department practices is highly desirable - Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) - Hands-on experience in food handling, cooking techniques, menu planning, and shift management - Prior involvement in hospitality or food industry roles that emphasize leadership, team management, and customer service excellence Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
