Full-Time Security Guard - Balzac, AB, Brampton

Schedule Monday to Friday– 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

Enforce company policies and procedures.

Conduct security checks of designated areas.

Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed.

Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Skills

Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.

Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices.

Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols.

Ability to conduct effective surveillance and identify potential security risks.

Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Role Requirements

Valid Use of Force certification.
