Security Guard Position at Maple Lodge Farms, Brampton

Take on a critical role as a Security Guard at Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton, Ontario. You will ensure the safety and security of the facility, employees, and visitors during night shifts.

Under the supervision of the Security Supervisor, you will need to be flexible, with night shifts including weekends and holidays required. The position calls for strong communication skills and a valid Security Guard license, along with relevant security experience. Key Responsibilities:• Control access points and secure areas • Investigate and document security-related incidents • Operate radio communications and dispatch staff • Execute emergency response protocols as needed • Perform checks on premises and facilities as required

Requirements:• 1-3 years of security experience preferred • Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license necessary • Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities • Must possess Ontario Security Guard license • Post-secondary diploma in Security is a plus
