For more information, visit .**Job Summary**We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to join our team! This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, while also supporting a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both **Reach and Counter Balance forklifts,** although time spent on the machines will be limited.**Key Responsibilities*** Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.* Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials, maintaining a well-structured warehouse.* Handle waybills and complete all necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.* Deliver excellent service to walk-in customers, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.* Operate warehouse equipment **(Counter Balance&Reach truck)** safely and as needed.* Maintain accurate inventory records using our locator control system.* Support general warehouse duties and occasionally assist office staff.* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.*Please note: This role involves limited time on warehouse equipment—most time will be spent on general warehouse tasks.***Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of 18 months of warehouse experience preferred.* Certification in **Counter Balance&Reach truck** operation required.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.* Physically fit to handle regular lifting and warehouse activity.* Basic computer skills are a plus.* Willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed.**Salary:** $22/hrVictaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
