About URG Graphics Inc. URG Graphics Inc. is a leading supplier of Rotogravure printing cylinders in North America. We are growing quickly and expanding our manufacturing team in Brampton. Work Style – Please Read Before Applying This is a fast-paced, hands-on production role. You will: - Be moving between machines throughout your shift - Handle multiple tasks at once - Stay active and on your feet for most of the day This is NOT a stand-at-one-machine position. The Role This position involves supporting and operating multiple pieces of equipment involved in the production of Rotogravure cylinders. You will be expected to stay engaged, move efficiently, and keep production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment - Polish cylinders to meet quality standards - Load/unload and support copper plating tanks - Move between machines and processes as needed - Perform basic checks and adjustments to keep production running - Follow work instructions and quality requirements - Keep your work area clean, organized, and protected What We’re Looking For - Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Mechanically inclined and willing to learn - Reliable and punctual (consistent attendance is critical) - Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities - Comfortable working on your feet in a manufacturing setting Experience in manufacturing, general labour, or warehouse work is an asset, but not required.
