We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join one of our Bell stores in the Brampton Area What we offer you: An annual base salary between 45K-50k plus a bonus program = Potential to reach 70K and more (uncapped)! Your profile: You have relevant experience as a team leader/store manager in the retail sector. You have relevant experience in managing staff and/or work teams. You have a great interest in technologies/telecommunications and have knowledge of this industry. Your availability is adaptable (day/evening/weekend). You are results oriented, you have interpersonal and communication skills, you have a robust sense of customer service, you demonstrate leadership/influence, you have problem solving skills problems, you are organized, you are creative and you work well under pressure. As a store manager, your role will be: Manage all branch operations. Contribute to revenue maximization by ensuring the achievement of targeted sales objectives. Monitor sales on a daily basis by communicating the results and discrepancies observed, if any, to the people concerned. Analyze the specific needs of the customers served by the branch, take initiatives to meet them and seize business opportunities. Ensure that all team members maximize the customer's in-store shopping experience. Comply with procedures related to the personalized sale of all Bell products and services. Provide high quality customer service. Manage inventory and expenses. Ensure aesthetics and application of in-store merchandising standards. Ensure compliance with safety standards.
