Overview We are a fast-paced, high-volume heavy-duty truck and trailer repair facility. We pride ourselves on keeping fleets safe and moving. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Welder to handle custom fabrication and structural repairs on commercial vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment. You will work closely with our service team to diagnose structural issues, reinforce frames, and fabricate parts as needed. Key Responsibilities - Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. - Repair commercial trailer floors, crossmembers, doors, hinges, landing gears, and heavy-duty truck frames. - Read blueprints, sketches, and work orders to fabricate custom parts, brackets, and equipment modifications. - Safely operate torches, plasma cutters, grinders, brake presses, shears, and other metalworking machinery. - Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 2–3+ years of welding and fabrication experience, preferably in a heavy-duty automotive, truck/trailer, or industrial environment.
