Job details - Location: Brampton, ON L6P 4N1 - Salary: 36.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week - Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time - Starts as soon as possible - Source: Job Bank # Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities - Implement new administrative procedures - Review and evaluate recent administrative procedures - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of establishment - Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation - Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence - Train staff - Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Who can apply for this job?
