As an Adult Recreation Sports Program Representative, you will manage and oversee various recreational sports activities at select YMCA locations. You will ensure a safe environment while aligning programs with YMCA goals and fostering positive relationships. This role requires interaction with members, staff, and volunteers, enhancing skills and offering support.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage gameplay in basketball, soccer, and volleyball • Ensure safe and clean recreation environments • Build rapport with members and community partners • Monitor safety during all activities • Participate in events and scheduled programs

Requirements:• Experience in recreational sports settings • NCCP Coaching Certification preferred • Current First Aid/CPR certification is an asset • Strong relationship-building skills • Flexibility for evenings and weekends
