Accountabilities: Support the building services team with the contract administration of the facilities management service agreementWork with the Director of Building Services to develop and implement the annualFFE Capital Replacement Plan Conduct inventory assessments of hospital space, FFE and signage to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout projects.Review and update paper and electronic drawings as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Performsite inspections and document project deficiencies Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills for effective interaction with the architectural team and other disciplines.Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook and MS Teams Assist in preparing and editing presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Currently a University Student in an Engineering or Architecture Program Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills are requiredDemonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and English comprehension) skills Sound organizational skills with demonstrated ability to problem-solve and to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record Hours: Currently Days (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
