This full-time, permanent position requires a skilled trainer with a minimum of 10 years in mining operations. You'll be responsible for conducting machine training sessions, creating materials that meet Caterpillar’s training standards, and ensuring customers understand the full benefits of their equipment. Your role will include both travel and hands-on demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide training on safety and equipment operation • Develop and execute Caterpillar-standard training materials • Travel to mine sites and branch locations regularly • Prepare multimedia content for new operator orientations • Model exemplary health and safety behaviors

Requirements:• 10+ years of mining operation experience • Experience in training or supervisory roles preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent education • Strong communication skills in English and French are an asset • Valid Passport and current Driver’s License
