Production Supervisor (Full-time) (Brampton)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate, supervise and schedule the activities of production staff and ensure operational efficiency and quality. Responsibilities

Ensure production requirements are achieved while meeting quality, yield, efficiency and food/employee safety standards. Effectively motivate and direct employees by facilitating/mentoring continuous improvement. Review production schedule for manpower and staffing requirements. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.Prepare production reports in an accurate and timely manner. Perform/organize employee job training and team meetings to ensure efficient and safe task performance. Understand and follow all aspects of the Collective Agreement and deal with grievances at the primary stage. Request and control materials and supplies.Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position in the food industry. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills. Leadership ability. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Benefits
