SUPERVISOR - WELDING AND FABRICATION (Gerald)

Our lines include Pulldozer earthmoving products, Bale King ranch equipment, Grain Express storage and handling solutions, and Afterburner diesel exhaust fluid. Responsibilities - Organizing workflow for about 30 welders and metal fabricators to meet production schedule - Ensuring components and picked and ready to fabricate - Distribute work orders. Ensure staff is clocking time to correct work orders - Assist shop staff with interpretation for blueprints - Assist with workcell layout - Assist with documentation of standard production times. Ensure times are met. Make corrections as necessary. - Ensure parts and components are built to match blueprint tolerance and quality standards - Ensure shop is kept neat and orderly - Assist with attendance management Qualifications We are seeking an ambitious and organized individual, preferably with metalworking experience.
