Key Responsibilities:• Lead excavation, base installation, and pool assembly tasks • Assign and supervise daily operations for 1–2 crew members • Perform precise installations and level components accurately • Operate machinery such as compactors and laser levels • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:• 1–2 years in pool installation or related construction • Experience in team leadership or as a senior crew member • Understanding of installation processes and measurements • Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's license • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
