HR Coordinator
Large Food Manufacturer in The Central Valley is adding an HR Coordinator. Bonus Opportunity! Benefits! Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. Company dedicated to delivering quality food experiences through a diverse portfolio of snack and ingredient products. With a long-standing foundation in agriculture, the organization continues to evolve by combining traditional expertise with modern production and distribution practices.Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting job ads to screening applicants and conducting interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and fostering a positive initial experience. Facilitate the exit interview process, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and strategies for retention.Foster strong employee relations, acting as a point of contact for staff concerns, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive working environment. Lead talent acquisition initiatives, developing strategies to attract top-tier talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Provide support and guidance to management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach events. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals. Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proven experience in exit interviews, interviewing, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. A professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required. Benefits
