In the role of Landscape Foreperson, you will manage a small crew, overseeing the installation of hardscape and softscape features. Your leadership will drive project success while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will need to be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with clients and your crew. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee a 2–3 person crew during installations - Install patios, retaining walls, and other hardscapes - Manage softscape tasks like planting and mulching - Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics - Track project progress and complete daily logs Requirements: - Experience in landscaping or construction with crew leadership - Skills in softscape and hardscape installations - Ability to adapt problem-solving in office - Excellent communication abilities with clients and team - Must hold a valid driver's license, trailering knowledge an asset Lead transformational landscape projects while mentoring a dedicated crew.
