Parts Advisor/Shipper Receiver (Swan River)

Parts Advisor/Shipper Receiver Swan River, MB Permanent Full-Time At FFUN GMC Swan River, we believe work should be rewarding, challenging and (most importantly) FFUN! We’re looking for a Parts Advisor/Shipper Receiver who is organized, customer focused and ready to play a vital role in keeping the dealership running smoothly. What you'll be doing: - Delivering exceptional support to internal and external customers during critical business hours - Cultivating a positive customer experience to visitors of our Parts Department - Researching, ordering, receiving and organizing automotive parts accurately and efficiently - Shipping, receiving, labeling and organizing parts inventory - Adding parts to work orders promptly once received - Support department profitability by completing perpetual inventory counts and minimizing obsolescence - Maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment - Completing all required safety and manufacturer-assigned training What we're looking for: - Education: You have a high school diploma or equivalent - Experience: You have experience in the automotive industry or a strong willingness to learn - Organized: You have superior organizational skills and can manage competing priorities effectively - Technical & Computer Skills: You can use dealer management software and enter data proficiently - Skilled Communicator: You listen and communicate with internal and external customers to provide the best possible experience - Detail-Oriented: You maintain accuracy when researching, ordering, receiving and allocating parts - Adaptability & Initiative: You are self-motivated, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced team environment - Safety & Accountability: You recognize the importance of workplace safety and compliance with dealership standards What we offer: - Hourly wage: Negotiable depending on experience - Group Retirement Savings and Deferred Profit Sharing Plan - Employee Discounts - Training & Development Opportunities - Health & Dental Benefits About Us: The FFUN Group is Canada’s fastest growing motor and recreational group retailer with nearly 25 locations throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
