Your days will include: - Generate daily and weekly accounts receivable reports for accurate financial tracking. - Compile reports on customer credit to support effective decision-making. - Conduct thorough reviews of customer invoices to ensure precision and compliance. - Maintain and update customer accounts with the utmost accuracy. - Collaborate in processing customer claims, and enter and submit customer credits promptly. - Prepare and submit various non-product-related invoices. To succeed in this role, you must possess: - Business Administration Certificate is preferred. - Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferable. - Office administration experience is an added advantage. - Ability to apply accounting solutions to tackle business challenges effectively. - Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including accounting software and Microsoft applications. - Capability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. - Strong communication skills coupled with a keen attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to changing tasks and analyze data effectively. - Aptitude for pulling together information for ad hoc projects.
