What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers. Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrate value‑added solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support. Provide exceptional after‑sales assistance and product training to maintain long‑term partnerships. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover current opportunities. Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required. What You Bring A background in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience). Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role. Solid understanding of farming operations and ag machinery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
