We deliver drywall, steel framing, insulation, flooring, salt, shingles, masonry, and other building materials direct to residential and commercial construction sites across Brandon, MB and the surrounding region. This is skilled, hands-on work that requires a driver who knows what they are doing behind the wheel of a flatbed and on the forks of a Moffett - and takes pride in doing it right. If you are an experienced flatbed driver who is tired of being just a number, wants steady year-round work, and holds yourself to a high standard - we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU BRING - Valid Class 3 licence with Air Brake (A) endorsement - mandatory - Due to commercial vehicle insurance requirements, all drivers must meet our fleet insurance eligibility criteria. Our insurance provider requires a minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience - A clean driver's abstract is mandatory - any record of impaired driving, DUI, or careless/dangerous driving convictions will result in automatic disqualification. A driver's abstract will be required prior to any offer of employment - Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience - Moffett or truck-mounted forklift experience - strongly preferred, not just an asset - Proven ability to drive a 10-speed manual transmission - Experience delivering construction or landscape materials to job sites is a major advantage - Dependable, punctual, and accountable - every single day WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE - Tuesday through Saturday with start time of 7:00 AM — this schedule is mandatory and not flexible.
