Job Overview We are seeking a Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical knowledge and a passion for repairing and maintaining various types of boats, atv's, utv's and snowmobiles. We offer competitive wages, benefits and training. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical problems using appropriate testing equipment and techniques on marine, atv's, utv's, lawn & garden. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and machinery to prevent breakdowns. Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work workplace. Stay updated on new technologies and repair techniques in the industry. Qualifications Experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is an asset but the right candidate will be trained. Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
