Position Summary As a Construction Engineer Manager, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award‑winning engineering, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll be accountable for interacting with construction sites, clients, and management to support the planning and technical portion of the project. Your keen ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
5–8 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to semiconductor tool install, industrial or general industrial facilities.
Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.
3–4 years of leadership and management experience.
Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversight to meet client schedule.
Experience working in client‑facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
Experience managing staff and scopes of work.
Familiarity working with A&E firms reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor, industrial or general industrial facilities.
Experience participating in system testing and commissioning activities.
Experience in various aspects of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical power and building automation systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
Able to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
Comfortable working in cross‑matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and third‑party representatives.
Additional Details
This is an on‑site position requiring work to be performed on the client site located in Santa Clara, CA.
Candidate must commute to the site Monday–Friday during core hours (9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), with some flexibility based on client and employee needs.
Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Travel may be required.
Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

Salary The base salary range for this position is $165,000.00 to $199,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
