Physiotherapist Position In Delhi, Ontario

We are currently hiring a Physiotherapist in Delhi, Ontario, for a Long Term Care setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered care through individualized treatment plans and cooperative communication. As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will deliver physiotherapy services to retirement home residents. Key duties include assessing patients' needs, developing tailored treatment strategies, and providing clinical therapies. Additionally, you will engage with families on health management topics and oversee the work of Physiotherapy Assistants and students. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assessments and establish individualized treatment plans • Deliver clinical physiotherapy to residents effectively • Guide families in managing their loved ones' health • Maintain thorough documentation of treatments • Supervise and mentor PTAs and interns in therapy delivery Requirements: • Registration with Ontario Physiotherapy College • Valid Skilled License Insurance • Robust interpersonal skills for effective interactions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Use your skills to enhance mobility and health among residents.
