What They Offer Compensation: Base salary of $55,000–$60,000, plus performance-based commissions with total earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+ Benefits & Perks - Employer paid health and dental perks - RRSP matching program (up to $2,600 annually) - Generous vacation, personal and volunteer days - Additional Co-operators perks - Performance-based compensation structure What You'll Do - Manage and service an existing Home & Auto book of business along with Commercial and/or Farm clients - Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews - Identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that align with client needs - Manage follow-ups, documentation, and case progression with professionalism and attention to detail - Contributing to new business growth and retention - Raising issues early — with proposed solutions — so challenges turn into wins This is not a passive service role. You are expected to take ownership of your work and follow through.
