Intermediate Science Teacher Required, Brant and Norfolk (Waterford)

Pursue your teaching career with the Grand Erie District School Board as an Intermediate Science educator. Qualified candidates with an Ontario College of Teachers’ Certificate of Qualification are sought.

This position is open to current part-time and full-time teachers, including qualified occasional teachers. Applicants must meet the Ministry of Education regulations for Intermediate and/or Senior divisions. A strong commitment to student learning and effective teaching practices is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Teach Intermediate Science curriculum in line with educational standards • Prepare engaging lessons and assessments to facilitate student learning • Collaborate with faculty to develop instructional strategies • Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback• Participate in professional development and school initiatives

Requirements:• Ontario College of Teachers’ Certificate of Qualification • Qualified to teach Intermediate and/or Senior divisions • Previous teaching experience is preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Original Police Record Check submission required
