Collaborate with your team to achieve shared objectives while enhancing the client experience and demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.

Monitor productivity and service delivery, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure you remain at the forefront of financial planning.

Share your expertise by mentoring and guiding colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Uphold a strong culture of risk management and control, aligned with the organization’s risk appetite.

Engage fully as a valued team member and contribute to a positive, service‑oriented workplace.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in banking services, with a track record of managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice (preferred).

Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), if not currently licensed.

Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation within the first three years in the role.

CFP eligibility: University degree OR meet one of the following: up to 10 years of qualifying work experience; have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
